  • Meet with the SQ1 Marketing Team to go over Onboarding Package and opportunities

  • Plan for "Coming Soon" store page & ongoing messaging

  • Submit store name, logo, brand description & contact information

  • Address any grand opening events

2 WEEKS PRIOR | ASSETS DELIVERED

  • Ensure all assets have been delivered for Square One's e-newsletter, social media, and in-mall digital media

  • Meet with local mall management to align on logistics for opening

  • Confirm content strategy and NOW OPEN messaging for scheduling

  • Ensure the marketing team and store team are introduced to OxComm
